From the very beginning we knew that our team would operate at the highest level possible. The team roles were discussed and clearly defined based on our individual skills. With our distinct talents and brainstorming sessions, we came up with the idea for the SEPTA Live application. Our goal was to provide a smartphone/table application to Septa train commuters in the Philadelphia region. To be successful, we knew that our team must participate equally in the workload, compromise where needed, and above all, have a positive attitude. We tend to operate without a specific hierarchy and use a more democratic approach to decision making. In conclusion, with a balance of unique skills and the right approach we will come out on top.
